RGI and CAN respond to TYNDP 2020 Scenarios consultation with open letter and consultation submission

The official consultation has come to an end for ENTSO-E and ENTSOG's jointly developed TYNDP 2020 Scenarios. RGI replied with an open letter to the ENTSOs, the ITRE Committee as well as the European Commission. CAN Europe submitted an official response.

Following the joint development and launch of the TYNDP 2020 by the European Network of Transmission System Operators for electricity and gas (ENTSO-E & ENTSOG respectively) an official consultation period was held and ended on Friday 17 January. We are pleased with the engagement which the PAC consortium has produced. This was reflected in the responses of RGI and CAN Europe, which can be found below. The letters contain our congratulations on the positive strides taken under this round of the TYNDPs while mapping out opportunities for further efforts to be made.

Additionally, Eurelectric, the European association of the electricity industry, provided an extensive reply to the consultation.
